Natalie’s journey in real estate began in 2016 when she made Waco, TX her home. With a desire to serve the community and its amazing people, she obtained her real estate license in February 2017. Natalie quickly established herself as a trusted agent, helping buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. Her dedication and expertise led her to work with well-known brokerages such as Magnolia Realty, Keller Williams Advantage, and eXp Realty.

In December 2020, Natalie shifted her focus and became the Transaction Coordinator (TC) and Listing Coordinator for the esteemed Jeff Bird Home Selling Team (JBHST) at Keller Williams Advantage. This role allowed her to fully utilize her skills as a Realtor while diving into the intricate paperwork and processing details that accompany every transaction. To further understand the complexities of the industry, Natalie obtained her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license in 2022.

Recognizing her passion for transaction coordination, on April 1, 2023, Natalie took her expertise to the next level by launching her own business, Nigro TC. While still working closely with Jeff’s team, she now extends her services to agents from any brokerage, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.

• Construction Document Coordination: Natalie’s prior business involved proofreading construction drawings and specifications for major projects, such as hospitals, airport terminals, universities, and hotels. Some notable projects include the new Yankee Stadium and the Atlantis The Palm resort in Dubai. This experience instilled in her a keen eye for detail, the importance of correct paperwork, and the ability to navigate complex documentation.
